About kasia

My passion for fermented and healthy food started in Poland.

I love to encourage people to eat healthy, fresh food.

My menu includes sauerkraut, cucumbers in brine, sourdough and rye breads. 

​

I wanted to bring a bit of polish tradition to South Africa.

 

All my foods included a slow fermentation process and is made with love for people and for food from scratch.
